Noddy.in terms and conditions are listed below. Once you order from our site you agree to these terms and conditions. We therefore strongly advise that you read and fully understand them before placing your order.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any point. These terms only come into effect when they are posted on our site.

Terms of Sale:

The contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

We have tried to ensure that all images, descriptions and stock levels on our website are accurate. However, from time to time errors do occur. In this instance we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact, you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made for by using a debit or credit card through our secure online payment facility by using Instamojo / PayuMoney.  We use Instamojo / PayuMoney online payment services to ensure secure trading. Additional security is provided through Verification by Mastercard and Visa.

Promotional Discount Codes

These may be offered through marketing material and the code can be applied to all specified purchases made through this website. The code can be input on the payment page where the discount will be applied.

Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order after placing the order, please contact us through the form or at customercare@noddy.in and we will try to stop the item being dispatched. However, if the order has left our premises, its beyond our control to stop.

Also, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receipt of the goods provided that they are with their original condition and packaging.

Please ensure that the returning goods do not get damaged during transit as they are your responsibility until they reach us. Please retain proof of postage and include your order number with the return.

Exclusion of Liability

We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any losses or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or your use of the site.

Except to the extent required by applicable law, Noddy.in shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed in or on this site.

If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. In addition, these terms and conditions shall not limit or exclude any other liability that we are not permitted to limit or exclude under applicable law.
